What we collect
We only collect what you give us. When you complete the questionnaire on this site, that is:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your answers about your home — whether it is in Florida, whether you or your spouse are 62 or older, your approximate home value, your home type, your current mortgage situation, and what you hope a reverse mortgage could help you do
- Whether you ticked the box agreeing to receive text messages, and the date and time you did
We do not run a credit check and we do not ask for your Social Security number, bank details or account numbers through this website.
How we use it
- To contact you about the enquiry you submitted
- To work out whether a reverse mortgage may suit your situation before taking up your time
- To send educational and informational text messages, but only if you ticked the box asking for them
- To meet our record-keeping obligations as a mortgage lender
We do not sell your information. We do not buy, rent or use purchased lead lists.
Text messaging. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
Only where it is needed to help you:
- Fairway Funding Group, Inc., the lender we are licensed through
- An independent HUD-approved counseling agency, if you choose to go ahead — this step is required by law
- Service providers who run our systems, such as our customer relationship and messaging platforms, who may only use the information to provide that service to us
- Where we are required to by law or by a regulator
Text messages and how to stop them
Texting is optional. You will only receive texts if you tick the consent box on the form. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or call 407-906-6796. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of loan approval.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet the record-keeping rules that apply to mortgage lending. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except where we are required to keep it.
