What this site is
This site gives general information about reverse mortgages, also called Home Equity Conversion Mortgages, and lets you ask Randy to call you. It is for homeowners aged 62 and over whose main home is in Florida.
This is not a commitment to lend. Nothing on this site is an offer, a loan approval, or financial, tax or legal advice. Whether a loan can be made depends on credit approval, a property appraisal, and program guidelines, and that decision rests with the lender.
Using the form
When you fill in the questionnaire you agree that the information you give is accurate and that it is your own, and that the phone number you enter is one you are allowed to receive calls and messages on.
Contact by phone and text
By submitting the form you agree that Randy's office may call you about your enquiry. Text messages are separate and optional — you will only receive them if you tick the consent box.
If you do opt in, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of loan approval.
What a reverse mortgage requires of you
If you take a reverse mortgage you keep the title to your home, and you must continue to:
- Pay your property taxes and homeowners insurance
- Pay any homeowners association dues that apply
- Keep the property maintained
- Live in the home as your principal residence
A HUD-approved counseling session with an independent counselor is required by law before an application can be taken.
